(CNN)A second younger man has died after a capturing in a Sacramento mall, police stated Saturday.
Officers responded to the Arden Honest Mall in California’s state capital following a report of photographs fired a bit of after 6 p.m. Friday, in response to Karl Chan, a spokesman for Sacramento Police.
